Manufactured entirely from stainless steel grade AISI 304 18/10.

This type of drainage channel is constructed with continuous built-in slope 0.5% (5mm depth for each construction meter). For more stability and sturdy construction brackets are welded on the sides and used for the anchorage of the channel during the installation. Alignment with the floor is accomplished with adjustment legs that are mounted at the edges of the channel.

A drain trap Ø 200mm diam. is welded in the deepest side of the channel. The cylindrical body is constructed by a pressed mold to avoid welds and seams ensuring easy cleaning. The water level is maintained constant at a certain height not permitting any insects or odors to return back. The drain includes debris sieve that it's easily removable to allow access with a rod to the piping system based on the standard EN 1253. The outlet pipe is Ø75mm or Ø100 mm vertical or horizontal.

Anti slip mesh 25x25mm gratings are mounted on top of all the channels. The bearing bars have special cuts so as to remain slip resistant even in the wet,oily or fatty conditions of a food processing plant. The cross bars are pressed into the slots of the bearing bars under high pressure. The joints are welded which will ensure a firm, buckle-resistant grating.
