Stainless steel gratings for modular
multi-channel systems

All gratings are manufactured from stainless steel AISI 304 grade and have undergone surface treatments in order to achieve the optimal final surface.

The stainless steel products in order to remove aggressive substances are dipped into baths containing chemical acids (pickling) and then washed with cold water. This guarantees the removal of all the materials and welding impurities resulting into a clean surface and delivering a stylish matte surface.
The gratings are divided into the following categories:
A) Perforated pressed gratings with Ø 6 mm holes and anti-slip surface. The Stainless steel thickness used is 1 mm and the loading class is A15 for pedestrians. Suitable for channel SP 125 and ideal for bathrooms, gyms, locker rooms, etc.

B) Perforated pressed gratings with successive horizontal holes and anti-slip surface. The Stainless steel thickness used is 1 mm and the loading class is A15 for pedestrians. Suitable for channel SP 125 and ideal for professional kitchens in hotels, restaurants e.tc.

C) Pressed gratings with horizontal and longitudinal bars used with all types of modular channels SP, MP and LP. The Cross bars are pressed into the slots of the bearing bars under high pressure. Most of the joints are welded which will ensure a firm, buckle-resistant grating. Ideal for food processing areas, breweries, bottling plants, dairies, meat packing plants etc.

24 different gratings are available for all the types of channels SP,MP and LP and for loading classes A15, B125 and C250 according to the European Standard EN 1433.

Loading classes, dimensions, code numbers and models of the available gratings will be as follows:
A) GRATINGS FOR CHANNEL SP 125

B) GRATINGS FOR CHANNEL ΜP 190
C) GRATINGS FOR CHANNEL LP 235
