Stainless steel heavy duty drain traps - drainage gullies
Manufactured entirely from stainless steel grade AISI 304 according to the strictest hygiene requirements. The rounded bowl body of 2 mm thickness is constructed by a pressed mould to avoid welds and seams ensuring easy cleaning. Constructed with side outlet or bottom outlet for direct connection to the pipework.

The square top ensures the continuity with the floor tiles (100x100, 150x150, 200x200, 250x250, 300x300). In addition, the gully's surface is satin after the treatment that has undergone with sandblast creating anti-slippery surface.
All gullies include a basket inside constructed from perforated stainless steel sheet. Lid and basket are easily removable to allow access to a mechanical rod that can by-pass the trap and access the outlet pipe. This makes clearing a blockage or surveying a system much easier in case it is required, based on the standards EN 1253-1: 2003.
The fuel air trap functions with the welded bell in the top plate which in combination with the elevated pipe manages to maintain a constant water level at a certain height so as to eliminate water, odours and rodents to pass back. The water depth is greater than or equal to ≥ 50mm according to EN standards 1253-1:2003 assuring a hygienic and clean environment and working conditions.

The top cover is perforated with Ø 6mm holes to ensure safety for naked foot in showers. Loading class H 1,5 kN according to EU standards 1253-2:2002. Shiny high-aesthetic finish and suitable for tiled floors (100x100, 150x150, 200x200 mm). Constructed with side or bottom outlet.
Ideal for architectural applications, showers, swimming pools, gymnasiums, balconies, washing rooms, laboratories and generally in areas with requirements in hygiene and aesthetics.
