Stainless steel drainage slotted channels -
no need of grating on top
For the outlet of low volume waste water without serious amount of solid debris such as breweries, dairies,abbatoirs etc.
This is a stainless steel drainage channel that does not require grating on top and its suitable for a wide variety of floor types such as tiles, concrete and epoxy resin floors in industrial applications. The 18 mm gap is used for cleaning and washing and to separate dry from wet areas. Easily cleaned by directing jet of water along the channel towards the outlet.
Manufactured entirely from grade AISI 304 stainless steel or in case of greater corrosion resistance from grade AISI 316. Stainless steel thickness is 2 mm. For more sturdy requirements a steel or a plastic bar Ø 8 mm could be placed along the surface edge as shown in the figure.
Manufactured with a built-in slope 0,4% (4 mm depth for each construction meter) the linear drainage channel is available in modular form to suit most site applications. It is also available as a made to measure system to suit specific requirements starting from 1m up to 12m and up to 24m if we place a drain CGRX 300 in the center. Assembly of the modular parts occurs by screwing the flanges with stainless screws using a flexible silicone flange 2mm in the middle. The flange ensures water-tightness of the system and absorption of potential expansions. VMQ silicone rubbers perform brilliantly in thermal applications (- 50 up to 180°C) and due to their purity, are particularly suitable for hygienic applications in the food and beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
For higher load resistance stainless steel cylindrical spacers are welded on top of every meter of the channel. For more stability and sturdy construction brackets are mounted on the sides and used for the anchorage of the channel. Finally for the perfect alignment with the floor, adjustment legs are mounted on each side of the channel.

SLOTTED CHANNEL OUTLET
