Stainless steel multi – channel system with built-in slope and 2 mm thickness

For large amount of wastewater outlets including food debris

channel PStainless steel drainage channel for numerous applications, suitable for tiles, concrete and epoxy resin floors in pedestrian and industrial applications. Constructed entirely from stainless steel grade AISI 304 of 2 mm thickness. There is the possibility for construction from stainless steel grade AISI 316 for greater corrosion resistance. They are constructed with continuous built-in slope 0,4% (4 mm depth per meter).

The linear multi-channel system is available in modular form to suit most site applications. It is also available as a made to measure system to suit specific requirements starting from 1m up to 24m in continuous line and up to 48m if we place a drain trap CGRX 300 in the center as shown below. The square gully CGRX 300 is available with both horizontal and vertical outlet Φ75 mm. More information for these drains available on this page here>>

stainless steel drainage channels connected with silicone flange

Assembly of the modular parts occurs by screwing the flanges with stainless screws using a flexible silicone flange 2mm in the middle.  The flange ensures water-tightness of the system and absorption of potential expansions. VMQ silicone rubbers perform brilliantly in thermal applications (- 50 up to 180°C) and due to their purity, are particularly suitable for hygienic applications in the food and beverage and pharmaceutical industries. The same type of flanges are used for the connection of the channels with the CGRX drains.

channel P details

For higher load resistance stainless steel cylindrical spacers are welded on top every channel's meter. For more stability and sturdy construction brackets are mounted on the sides and used for the anchorage of the channel. Finally for the perfect alignment with the floor, adjustment legs (stainless steel screws) are mounted on each side of the channel.

Πλαίσιο κειμένου:

The channels are bent with an internal curve for hygienic reasons in order to be cleaned easily and to avoid areas of contamination.

The standard channels are suitable for grating loads A15 and B125 which are selected pedestrian or industrial depending on the needs of the application. stainless steel drainage channels

For more sturdy requirements a steel or a plastic bar Ø 8 mm could be placed along the surface edge as shown in the figure. The enhanced channels are suitable for grating loads C250 according to Regulation EN 1433.

There are 3 available channel widths as shown in the below sections:

CHANNEL OUTLET

Outlet of the multi-channel drainage system is either a stainless steel flange for the connection with the deep drain trap CGRX 300 or a vertical or horizontal pipe Ø45 mm or Ø75 mm for direct connection to the pipework as shown below. More information for the heavy duty drain traps-gullies available on this page here>>
